Our protein and amino acid testing services
WISEcode Labs measures and reports protein using a Dumas combustion method or LC-MS-MS depending on the level of detection and accuracy that is requested. WISEcode Labs reports out protein testing using an elemental analyzer for nitrogen and protein determination according to the Dumas combustion method. WISEcode Labs’ amino acid testing is completed with either an acid or base hydrolysis preparation, microwave digestion and LC-MS-MS for analysis. We detect and report both free and bound amino acids.
