Uma brings more than 25 years of experience driving profitable growth, scaling businesses, and building disruptive companies across the consumer health, branded products, and nutraceutical ingredients markets.

Uma joins WISEcode Labs after more than a decade leading Valensa International, part of EID Parry and the Murugappa Group. Under his leadership, Valensa grew from a fledgling startup into a globally recognized branded ingredient platform, becoming one of the most respected names in the nutraceutical industry.

Uma is passionate about advancing health and wellness through science-based nutraceuticals, functional ingredients, and consumer-focused health solutions, with global experience across diverse markets and cultures.
